Hot yoga is just so….hot. The right outfit will make the workout better 1) Leggings-man will you sweat! So, grab moisture wicking and breathable ones. 2) Sweaty legs make tree pose a pain. Be sure to wear long-inseam shorts. 3) Compression. It’s a necessity. That is all. 4) Low cut shirts-absolutely not. You’ll be popping out in downward dog. 5) High Impact Bra…keep it high and tight by checking your sports bra. Does it hold you up and in? Good…you’ll need it.
